On behalf of the Business, Engineering, Technology and Communications faculty and the offices of PSU Alumni Relations and Career Services, we’d like to invite business professionals to share their career experiences and career “tips” with our undergraduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A Speed Networking event will be held on Thursday evening, October 3rd in Room 135 at the PSU Lehigh Valley Campus. The tentative agenda is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5-5:30 \n Appetizers, socializing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5:30-6 \nAlumni Awards, Introduction of all alumni and community partners. \n Students and alumni and community partners take their places,\nhousekeeping announcements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6-7 Speed\nNetworking (each student encounters 8 – 9 alumni\/community partners)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7-7:30 \nInformal networking (students can introduce themselves to alumni\/community\npartners they have not spoken to or have further conversations with\nprofessionals they have already met.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Speed\nNetworking portion allows a student to speak with up to ten\nprofessionals. Students will be prepared to ask career specific questions\nof our professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Business attire is\nrequested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you can join\nus as an alumni or community volunteer, we would be delighted! \n Space is limited to 10 professionals in each of three\ndisciplines: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
